A² Creepy Crawly Co. is a small business based in West Virginia offering 3D-printed enclosures, accessories, breeding-system components, aquarium-related products, reptile accessories, and other products designed for use with animals, feeder insects, and related setups.
Products
We do our best to provide accurate photographs, descriptions, dimensions, materials, and other information for every product we sell.
Because our products are 3D printed, small variations may occur between individual items. These may include visible layer lines, seams, minor surface texture, slight dimensional variations, or differences in color and appearance.
These normal characteristics of the 3D-printing process are not considered defects unless they interfere with the intended function of the product.
Hand-painted, wood-effect, or otherwise finished products may also vary slightly from the photographs shown.
Product Use & Animal Care
Our products are designed for specific intended uses, which will be described on the individual product page whenever applicable.
Customers are responsible for determining whether a product is appropriate for their particular animal, enclosure, aquarium, colony, environmental conditions, and husbandry practices.
Animal behavior can be unpredictable, and no enclosure accessory or habitat product can eliminate every possible risk.
Products should be inspected regularly for wear, damage, sharp edges, loose components, or other conditions that could make continued use inappropriate.
Products should only be used with heat, water, humidity, aquariums, or other specialized conditions when the product description specifically indicates that the item is suitable for that use.
A² Creepy Crawly Co. is not responsible for injury, escape, illness, property damage, or loss resulting from misuse, modification, improper installation, failure to inspect a product, or use outside the product's intended purpose.
Measurements & Fit
Product dimensions are provided to help customers determine whether an item will work with their setup.
Please measure your enclosure, aquarium, habitat, or other intended installation area before ordering.
Because enclosure manufacturers and individual setups can vary, we cannot guarantee compatibility unless a product is specifically described as being designed for a particular enclosure or system.
Orders
Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance of that order.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order when necessary, including in cases involving:
Incorrect pricing or product information
Suspected fraud or unauthorized payment
Inventory errors
Technical problems
Shipping restrictions
Other circumstances that prevent us from reasonably fulfilling the order
If we cancel an order after payment has been received, the applicable payment will be refunded.
Pricing & Payment
Prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been completed and accepted.
Applicable taxes, shipping charges, and other costs will be displayed during checkout when required.
Payment must be successfully completed before an order will be shipped.
Shipping
A² Creepy Crawly Co. currently ships within the United States only.
Our regular shipping days are Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, excluding holidays and other days when shipping carriers are unavailable.
Shipping and delivery estimates are not guarantees. Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delays may occur that are outside our control.

Returns & Refunds
Returns and refunds are handled according to our Returns & Refunds Policy.
Because many of our products are intended for use with animals, insects, feeder colonies, aquariums, or substrate, products that have been used or potentially contaminated may not be eligible for return.

Cancellations
Orders may be canceled if they have not yet shipped.
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, it can no longer be canceled and will instead be subject to our Returns & Refunds Policy.
Product Modifications
Do not drill, cut, melt, heat, reshape, chemically treat, or otherwise modify a product unless you understand how the modification may affect its strength, safety, or intended function.
A² Creepy Crawly Co. is not responsible for problems resulting from customer modifications.

Unless otherwise stated, the designs, product photographs, graphics, logos, website content, written material, branding, and original product designs associated with A² Creepy Crawly Co. are owned by or licensed to A² Creepy Crawly Co.
Purchasing one of our products does not grant permission to reproduce, copy, manufacture, scan, digitally recreate, resell digital models of, or otherwise commercially reproduce our original designs.
