Filament type and materials vary by product. See each item’s page for full material specifications.

All of our designs come from real use. Every enclosure, accessory, and feeder item we sell is developed from items we build and rely on for our own animals, enclosures, and feeder colonies. We test each product in-house under daily care conditions to ensure durability, safety, and practical function before offering it to the public. When you buy from A² Creepy Crawly Co., you’re getting equipment proven by hands-on experience and refined through actual husbandry needs.
-
We select materials and finishes with each species’ needs and the product’s intended use in mind. Every product page includes clear material and use information so you can match habitat components to your animal’s temperature, humidity, and safety requirements. Some items have specific restrictions—such as limits for aquarium use, high-heat enclosures, or species with chewing or humidity-sensitive behaviors—so always check the product details before use. If you’re unsure which material is best for your animal or setup, contact us for guidance.
-
Our products are 3D printed using high-quality materials and precision printers. Because of the additive manufacturing process, you may notice subtle layer lines or small cosmetic variations; these are normal and do not affect function. These minor surface differences are a natural result of how each item is built and help make every piece slightly unique.
-
Colors, wood-effect filament, hand-painted finishes, and printed textures may vary slightly between batches and individual items. These subtle differences are a natural result of materials, printing processes, and hand-applied finishing techniques. Such variations do not affect the functionality or durability of the product and contribute to the unique character of each piece. If you have specific color requirements or concerns, please contact us before ordering, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your needs.
-
For routine cleaning of enclosures and accessories, wipe surfaces with a damp towel and avoid harsh cleaning agents. Use plain water or a mild, unscented soap when needed, then rinse and dry thoroughly. Please always refer to the product-specific instructions. Remove animals to a secure temporary habitat before cleaning, and let all items reach room temperature and be fully dry before returning them to the enclosure. For any disinfecting needs, consult the care guide for your specific product or species to select an appropriate, safe disinfectant and dilution.
-
Only products specifically identified for aquarium use should be submerged. Items not labeled for aquarium or submersion can leach harmful chemicals, degrade, or fail, risking water chemistry changes, filter problems, and injury to aquatic animals.
-
Follow the temperature and usage limits listed for each product. Do not place printed items directly against heat sources such as heating pads, lamps, or ceramic heaters unless the product description explicitly states it is heat-resistant or designed for that purpose. Ignoring these limitations can cause warping, fading, adhesive failure, fire hazards, or harm to your animals.
-
All product pages include detailed dimensions to help you choose the right enclosure or accessory. Please measure your animal, existing furniture, and the intended placement area before ordering to ensure a proper fit.

Processing/production time vs. carrier shipping time
Processing/production time is the period we need to prepare your order for shipment — picking, packing, quality checks, and getting it out the door. Carrier shipping time is the transit period once the package has been handed to the carrier and is moving through their network to your address.
All items we sell are already produced, so there is no manufacturing delay. We dispatch orders three times a week Monday, Wednesday, and Friday to ensure timely delivery and consistent handling. Orders received before our daily cut-off on a scheduled ship day will be processed and shipped that day; orders received after the cut-off will be processed on the next scheduled ship day. Once your order ships, carrier-provided tracking and estimated delivery times apply.
-
We only sell items we already have in inventory. Every product listed is in stock and ready to ship. As A² Creepy Crawly Co. grows, with support from customers like you, we’re adding more 3D printers to our production line. More printers means higher output, which increases product availability and shortens wait times. Buy with confidence: what you see is what we can fulfill now, and we’re steadily expanding capacity to offer more options in the future.
-
Currently, we only ship to addresses within the United States. As A² Creepy Crawly Co. grows, we plan to expand shipping to additional countries. Stay tuned for updates on international availability.
-
We use carrier-calculated rates, shipping costs are determined by the package’s size and weight, the delivery destination, and the specific carrier services available for that route. This means the final shipping charge reflects real-time carrier pricing (including service level, dimensional weight, and distance) rather than a flat fee. At checkout customers see an accurate rate based on the most appropriate carrier options, helping ensure fair pricing and reliable delivery estimates.

Item
All sales can be canceled prior to shipping. If you need to cancel, contact our customer service team as soon as possible with your order number and the reason for cancellation. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled and standard return policies will apply.
-
Please contact us promptly if your order arrives damaged or incomplete. Include clear photos of the item, its packaging, and the shipping label so we can assess the issue quickly and resolve it. Fast notification with images helps us process replacements, refunds, or shipping claims without delay. Thank you for your cooperation.
-
As long as the item is unused and in original condition, you may return it for an exchange to order the correct size. Only one return for wrong size will be accepted, since all size options are listed in the item description. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

All of our enclosures and accessories are made in-house—literally—from our home workshop in the Charleston, West Virginia area. Every piece is designed, cut, assembled, finished, and inspected by our small team. That local, in-house process lets us control quality at every step, customize to specific animal needs, and respond quickly to special requests. When you buy from A² Creepy Crawly Co., you’re getting products built with care, attention to detail, and a clear chain of custody from our bench to your habitat.
-
At A² Creepy Crawly Co., our products start with a simple, practical question: what would we build for ourselves? Every enclosure, feeder, and accessory begins as an in-house solution to a real husbandry need. We design, 3D-print, field-test, revise, and repeat, only putting designs into production that pass our own standards for durability, functionality, and animal well-being.
That process matters. It means:
Real-world testing: Each item is used daily in our own setups before it reaches customers.
Iterative improvement: We refine designs based on hands-on experience, not just theory.
Practical focus: Features are added because they solve problems, not because they look good in a catalog.
Quality assurance: If we wouldn’t trust a product with our animals, we won’t offer it.
The result is gear made by keepers, for keepers, purpose-built solutions that reflect the practical needs of spiders, reptiles, and insects and the people who care for them.
-
We’re still building our catalog, and we know that keepers of unusual animals often face challenges and devise creative solutions we haven’t yet encountered. Your problems, questions, and ideas matter they help us identify gaps and inspire new, purpose-built enclosures and accessories. If you keep an uncommon species, tell us what you need: describe the behavior, housing challenges, temperature or humidity quirks, and any unconventional setups you’ve tried. Every insight you share could become the next product we design to make care safer, more functional, and better suited to the animals you love.
